Instead of accepting the idea that cotton fabric was the best filtration material, they researched other options until they developed a superior filtering membrane made of polyester. Their work was so innovative, they patented the technology, something no other filter company has done.
Benefits of a Sprint Filter air filter:
The polyester threads, just 5 microns thick, make a tighter weave that does a better job of cleaning the air. When tested against other brands that use Cotton Elements, Sprint Filters consistently remove 93% of 100 Micron particles, while cotton filters average about 76%.
