The START International TDW019 manual tape wrapper applies tape around bundles, wires, harnesses, tubing, and other objects up to 2"/51 mm in diameter. The tape wrapper will wrap as much tape as needed to complete the wrap. When wrapping is complete, the operator pulls the bundle up to activate the locking mechanism, and then pulls the tape down past the blade guard for the cut. The safety guard protects the operator from the cutting mechanism by preventing the operator's fingers from accidentally touching the cutting blade. The tape wrapper accepts tape rolls in widths from 0.38 to 0.75" (9 to 19 mm) with an outside diameter of 7"/178 mm, comes with a 1.5"/38 mm roll core holder. The heavy-duty frame is constructed of solid aluminum. The base has pre-drilled holes for mounting to a work surface. The TDW019 uses any brand of tape.
