Description:How to replace nozzles ?
Step 1: Turn on 3D printer, heat the nozzle and heat block to the target temperature (PLA: 180-220, ABS: 240-280).
Step 2: After heat finishing, close printer, take spanner to hold the heat block. Then use socket screwdriver to screw old nozzle extruder out.
Notice: Please don't touch the old nozzle and heat block to avoid scalding.
Step 3: Spanner keep to hold the hear block, use the socket screwdriver screw the new nozzle in, make sure tight.

ZONESTAR ZRIB control board is the combination of MEGA2560 plus RAMPS1.4 and A4982 in 3D printer. It is a feature rich all-in-one electronics solution for RepRap and other CNC devices. 1. Before power on, please make sure that the positive and negative is not reversed.
2. Do not plug when the motor and drive is powered on, drive easily lead to burn; do not adjust the current when the motor is running. Disconnect the power first, unplug the motor, and then re-power, adjust potentiometer, measure the voltage on the potentiometer until the measured voltage is the same as expected. Do not insert anti-drive, otherwise it will burn drive, or even burn out the motherboard.
