DIRECTIONS:
Avoid clumping by sifting 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp of matcha into a chawan (matcha bowl).
Add 2 1/2 oz of hot water (the water temp. should approximately be 176F/80C) into the bowl and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion using a Bamboo Whisk (Chasen) until you see a nice froth form on top. When whisking, make sure not to press down too hard and/or drag the whisk along the bottom of the bowl to prevent shortening the whisk's life span.
Please store your matcha in the refrigerator or in a dark dry place after opening to keep it fresh.
