4 step: turn on the power to test the led bulb, if the led bulbs can not light up, plesae turn off the power first, then flip the led base 180 degree to reinsert it to the socket again, just make sure the polarity is correct.
To be sure the power is off when you are installing the led, because sometimes the finger could transmit electric current, we need to avoid the fingers leading to burning the fuse.
