Our gymnastics junior bar is well constructed and made of heavy duty materials to make sure the high stability. This special designed gymnastics kip bar provides a much easier Assembly and disassembly and has a stronger, more durable frame. This bar features special knobs that allow for quick adjustment from 36" up to 59" at 2.3 interval. No plywood is needed to further stabilize the unit (as we recommend for the Jr. Kip Bar) and it takes a 4.2'x6' stamp on the floor. This gym bar can fits any 4 feet wide mats. We strongly recommend the use of gymnastics mat with the gymnastics bar. You can buy the gymnastic mats from us.Recommended ceiling height 8-10', depending on skill. Weight limit :130lbs.

Simple Assembly Steps:
1) Lay out all pieces within easy reach on a flat surface
2) Install the base. Connect the base leg and 3 tie rods with socket head bolts and nuts, gaskets.
3) Install the support tubes on the base with socket head bolts and gaskets.
4) Insert the regulating arms into the support tubes. Then screw the knobs to adjust the left and right regulating arms at the same height
5). Insert the rail into the top of the regulating arms then fix it with cross screw to make it stable an safe
NOTES:
Please make sure the bolts and nuts fastened to prevent shaking. (There is a install tool in the package, but you may need a extra plier or wrench when installing the base and rail to be firm). Adult supervision is required for assembly by individual under the age of 18.

G2D gymnastic bar features highly desirable 2 stabilizing tie plates that is far off at both ends of the bar rather than an annoying single tie plates at the middle. Gymnast will not step on the tie plate when mount or dismount the bar.
The vertical bases are welded solidly with triangular stabilization plates. We have many customers who are engineers and they evaluated many bars and chose our bar because they can see the sturdy structure of our design.
Extension to the base is possible. We don't sell extension kit; however, we do have instruction of showing DIY on extension. The instruction is also online.
