The manual onion chopper has two types usages. The sharp 5-blade can chop garlic, veggies, onion into small/ finer pieces and the blender is used to stir the egg white. All components come apart for easy cleaning and dishwasher safe. You can pull the nylon rope to drain off the water inside the lid after you wash it.
Proceed as follows
1. Connect the blade holder with core firmly.
2. Cut food into small pieces into the transparent bowl.
3. Cover tightly and tighten to prevent food from spilling.
4. Put it on the table and hold the top cover by one hand.
5. Gently pull the cord with the other hand back and forth.
