The system comes with Wireless Help Buttons, When help is needed simply press the help button. The system will dial the 1st programmed phone number. When the responder answers the call they press 5 on their phone. This opens up 2-way voice between the User of the system and the Responder. The user of the system can be heard in the room where the base unit is located.
